What we collect, and why.

We collect what we need to clean your home and get paid for it: your name, email, mobile number, address, details about the home, access instructions, and your service preferences. We use this to schedule and perform the service, send confirmations and reminders, and process payment.

We do not sell your information. We share it only with the team assigned to your job and with the providers we use to run the business (payments, messaging, hosting), each bound to use it only for that purpose.

Text messages are sent only if you opt in when booking. Reply STOP to any message to opt out.

When you book, we also record the network address and browser used, to prevent abuse of the booking form. This site uses privacy-conscious, first-party analytics events to understand how booking works and to fix problems. We do not use advertising trackers.

Bookings are stored with our hosting provider (Netlify). Confirmations may be sent through a transactional email provider and, if you opt in, an SMS provider.
